Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to (the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to value our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can submit a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent to remove infringing content. As an internet service provider, we are shielded from liability under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To file a legitimate infringement claim, certain information must be provided to us.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed with the URL of the page;
  4. Contact details of the complaining party;
  5. A statement confirming unauthorized use of the material;
  6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the information provided.

Title 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresenting information in a copyright infringement claim under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Submit takedown notices through our Contact page via email for quick response.

Note that the identity and information in any copyright infringement claim may be shared with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you’ve received a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. This must include:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Description of the removed material and its original location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting a good faith belief of a mistake in removal.
  4. Your personal information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Send counter notices through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere strictly to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act’s repeat infringer policy and maintain a list of DMCA notices to identify any repeat offenders for account termination.
